It is called an Es Yu Vee, meant for transporting large groups of people but still classified as a private mode of transportation.
I find the larger the better as sometimes it is necessary to transport two units at once, and it is difficult to find drivers and vehicles to accommodate.

Zhongli drives like a grandpa. An ornery law-abiding grandpa who is even using his turn signals in the empty parking lot. Slowly the SUV backs up and starts to move smoothly toward the garage exit.
